Marylou Zimick has lived in Bergen County for most of her life. She played along the Hudson River as a young girl, and traveled to Tice’s Farm (now Tice’s Mall) for the family’s Halloween pumpkin. She raised her five children between Edgewater and Cresskill along with her husband, Naum, who is the proprietor of a successful cleaning business for over 30 years.

She joined the Friedberg team in 2007. Marylou specializes in Bergen’s vast real estate offerings, everything from a condo on the Gold Coast to a manor home in the Valley region.

Zimick has earned the national real estate designations: Accredited Buyer Representative and GREEN. This last designation is one she believes to be very important for our future, and tries hard to practice what she has learned. Marylou also feels it is most important to give back to the community. She has been involved in the past by serving on Edgewater’s Board of Education, a volunteer on Cresskill’s ambulance squad, endless hours of school projects, and now by giving a portion of her earnings to one of four charitable organizations: Shelter our Sisters, Habitat for Humanity, your local food pantry, and The IRF (Interreligious Fellowship for the Homeless).
